I’m aware that several incoming SHS students are still undecided about which course to pursue. As a STEM student, I’ve witnessed and experienced the benefits, drawbacks, and advantages/disadvantages of this path. If you’ve made up your mind about what you want to study in college and what career you want to pursue, this track will be quite useful. You must choose this strand if you intend to be a scientist, doctor, nurse, engineer, or any other job that involves science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. This track will assist you in honing your skills and abilities while also preparing you for future careers. You will also gain a lot of knowledge including how to solve mathematical equations, solve problems, and assess various situations in mathematics. You will also get the opportunities to learn about exciting issues in science, technology, and engineering.

Before choosing STEM as my career path, I had doubt and uncertainty because it might not be the right track for me and happily, it is. To be honest, this track is not easy. There’s a lot a lot of activities and tasks to do so you need to double or triple your hard work. Nevertheless, don’t be discouraged. I myself as a STEM student, I can attest that dedication, consistency, and hard work are all that is needed to pass all of your studies throughout the semester.
